Training on Safety Operation of Heavy Machinery
Overview of Situation
Goal: To improve poor safety record of a Biodiesel Manufacturing Plant by providing training for the employees who operate heavy machinery equipment on the plant floor.
Objectives
1. Design a series of safety training stand-alone modules that provide step - by - step processes to illustrate best practices for improving the performance of employees when operating heavy machinery equipment.
2. Provide built-in tools to allow supervisors for each shift to monitor and evaluate learners’ performance during and on completion of their engagement of tasks.
